Structural Engineer

Associate / Associate Director – Betts Associates · Nr Chester

We’re looking for a Structural Engineer to join us at Associate or Associate Director level.

You’ll bring at least six years’ post-graduate experience in structural design and analysis, and you’ll run your own projects end-to-end — design, checking, and liaison with clients and contractors — across a varied and interesting structural workload.

Appointment is at Associate level, or Associate Director for chartered engineers (CEng).

This is a genuine opportunity to play an active part in growing the business — not just delivering projects, but shaping how the practice grows:

  • Mentoring and developing our junior engineers

  • Supporting our checking and quality standards

  • Helping shape the technical and commercial direction of the practice

In return, we offer a competitive salary, varied and interesting work, and long-term prospects within a growing practice.
