Premier Central London consultancy requires a Structural BIM Technician to join the expanding design studio.
The role requires advanced proficiency in Rhinoceros and Grasshopper software, including the development of reliable interoperability workflows between Rhino/Grasshopper and Autodesk Revit software for the two-way transfer of geometry, data and model information.
You will have strong experience in complex 3D geometry modelling, including curved, faceted and non-standard building forms and be able to translate parametrically generated geometry into practical Revit-compatible elements while maintaining model accuracy and project BEP requirements.
You will also need a strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including the creation and management of coordinated Structural BIM models and deliverables, experience managing very large Revit models and an understanding of best practice for concurrent technician modelling and model management.
