Mainstream East London consultancy requires an Associate Director to join the expanding practice.
Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have gained good design, project, and team-running skills in new-build construction. They should be technically strong and capable of managing and developing an existing team.
Current workload is a mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments up to £200million with a current bias towards new-build developer-led residential developments.
