Premier global Central London consultancy requires a Director to run their London office of 40 staff.
Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design, project, team, and office-running experience gained in London consultancy. They should be technical, commercial, and capable of winning new clients and managing existing clients and the ideal individual will already have a portfolio of Clients that they can bring with them and can add-value from day one.
Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments with project values up to £100million across London and the South East. Many of the consultancy’s previous projects have been award-winning and they continue to win some of the best London projects.
This placement is an important strategic role, and the individual will be placed centre-stage in managing and developing the Central London studio with the scope to then become the Regional Director. Therefore, the financial package will be generous and will reflect an individual’s technical, managerial, and business profile as well as their immediate “add-value”
