The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:
- Take the lead on exciting structural projects, from concept through to completion
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering top-tier solutions
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to shape and execute design visions
- Oversee structural analysis and design for a variety of materials and systems
- Mentor junior engineers and help them grow professionally
- Engage directly with clients, attend site visits, and lead design team meetings
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Is Chartered (or working towards Chartership) with IStructE or ICE
- Brings experience from a UK consultancy and strong knowledge of UK design standards
- Is skilled in design software like Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or ETABS
- Enjoys leading projects and thrives in a small, close-knit team where every voice matters
