Key Responsibilities
·Lead the structural design of new build projects across multiple sectors
·Prepare detailed calculation packages to support project delivery
·Undertake structural inspections and prepare engineering reports across the UK
·Attend and represent the company at design team meetings and site visits
·Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to team development
·Manage project assessments and prepare fee proposals where required
What They’re Looking For
·Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE) or close to achieving chartership
·Minimum 4 years UK-based consultancy experience
·Strong design expertise across structural materials, foundations, and retaining walls
·Proficiency in TEKLA and TEDDS software (essential) with AutoCAD experience required
·Knowledge of current technical standards including Eurocodes
·Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
·Willingness to travel across the UK for site inspections and meetings
·Full UK driving licence
·Experience in REVIT and Roads & Sewer design is desirable but not essential
