Key Responsibilities
·Lead and manage the Structural Engineering team, delivering technically robust solutions across a variety of projects.
·Maintain strong client relationships with established partners and repeat clients
·Drive business growth by securing new opportunities, developing service offerings and shaping the department strategy.
·Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, profitability and client satisfaction.
·Collaborate with Directors across Civil and Architecture to provide integrated multidisciplinary solutions.

Requirements
·Chartered Structural Engineer with significant experience leading teams.
·Track record of delivering structural engineering design on residential, commercial or within other buildings sectors.
·Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
·Ambition to grow professionally, step into business leadership and help guide a successful consultancy into its next phase.
The Package
The package includes a competitive Director-level salary (negotiable depending on experience), along with a company phone and laptop, private medical insurance, and a pension scheme. You will also receive 30 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and the opportunity for hybrid working.
