We are looking for Engineers to further strengthen our growing Civil and Structural Engineering team at our Cheltenham office due to our increasing workload. Davidson Walsh provides Civil and Structural Engineering expertise to a wide range of projects with design innovation and attention to detail at its heart.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, intelligent, confident & ambitious computer literate individual who has a good teamworking and collaborative approach to project work. We have several positions so you may be an experienced Project Engineer or a Chartered Engineer.
Some of the fields we work in include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Highways, Infrastructure, Bridges, Drainage, Energy and Listed Buildings.
What we need from you:

- The candidate should hold an accredited Civil or Structural Engineering Degree.
- Follow an evidence-based approach to design and show good working procedures by referring to relevant design codes and technical documentation.
- A few years experience working in the UK environment utilising British Standards and Eurocodes.
- Able to work efficiently using your own initiative, with good decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation and adhere to our standards and procedures.
- Multiple positions available therefore open to new graduates and more experienced Project Engineers & Chartered Engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within the team – as well as collaborate with professional colleagues including Architects, Planning consultants etc; to coordinate designs, as well as hold discussions with clients where required relevant to your experience.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and Project related administration tasks as required.
- It would be beneficial if you have experience in the following Software:
- Robot Structural Analysis
- Tekla Tedds & Tekla Structural Designer
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Autodesk Civil 3D
- Autodesk REVIT
- Hold a valid UK driving license.

Salary – Dependant on experience (£35-50k)
