Ambitious Structural Engineer

A well-established and highly respected West Midlands based structural

engineering practice, founded 25 years ago and currently employing a

close-knit team of 7, is seeking a suitably qualified and enthusiastic

structural engineer to join the company as a Junior Partner.

The practice is currently led by its two founding directors, who are

planning for retirement in the short to medium term. As such, we are

looking for someone with the drive and capability to take over the

management and future direction of the firm and potential ownership.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified structural engineer (Chartered status preferred or

working towards).

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant UK experience in building structures.

• Strong technical background with experience in a range of materials

and project types.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A genuine interest in business ownership and long-term growth.
