The Opportunity

AP Valletta is looking for a passionate, hands-on Structural Revit Technician to join our Malta-based team. We are seeking a confident team player who can bridge the gap between structural engineering principles and high-end BIM execution.

Key Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of our lead engineers, you will be responsible for:

• BIM Modeling: Produce high-quality structural information models and drawings, including general arrangements and technical details.

• Documentation: Prepare and develop structural drawings, images, and data sets, ensuring seamless integration with structural analysis software.

• Workflow Management: Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific data management workflows.

• Project Ownership: Take responsibility for the delivery of structural information for specific design areas and project stages.

• Collaboration: Liaise with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure architectural and construction drawings are perfectly coordinated.

Requirements & Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical mastery and construction knowledge:

• Software Proficiency: * Expertise in Revit (ideally 4–5 years) and AutoCAD.

  • Proficiency in Dynamo is considered a strong asset.

• Engineering Background: A sound understanding of reinforced concrete and steel construction principles.

• Experience: Previous experience in structural design offices; we are open to varying levels of seniority.

• Soft Skills: * Ability to thrive in a professional environment under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is an advantage.
