What you’ll be doing:
·Producing detailed Tekla models and drawings in line with project requirements.
·Leading and managing a small team of Tekla Technicians, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
·Working closely with engineers and designers to develop structural solutions.
·Staying at the forefront of Tekla software updates and industry best practices.
What you’ll need:
·A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar (HNC/Bachelor’s).
·Proven Tekla Structures experience (steel and concrete ideally, though strong experience in one material is fine).
·Previous experience leading or managing a team of technicians.
·Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
·Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
·Confidence handling multiple projects and deadlines.
