Key Responsibilities:

·Lead engineering teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
·Provide technical leadership, ensuring design quality and compliance with industry standards.
·Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
·Manage client and consultant relationships, acting as the first point of contact for project stakeholders.
·Oversee project planning, resource allocation and commercial performance.
·Contribute to business development by preparing fee proposals and growing client partnerships.

What They’re Looking For:

·Chartered Engineer with IStructE or ICE membership.
·Minimum 8 years’ experience in consultancy-based structural design and project delivery.
·Strong technical expertise across structural design codes and proficiency in analysis software (e.g., GSA, SCIA, ETABS).
·Experience using 3D modelling software such as Rhino and Grasshopper, or willingness to develop skills.
·Knowledge of standard contracts and project management processes.
·A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for innovative, sustainable engineering.
