We’re now looking for a driven Chartered Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Berkshire.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on building structures projects, from surveys and investigations through to detailed design.

• Deliver hands-on technical work while also gaining exposure to the commercial side of the business.

• Prepare tender documents and play an active role in securing new projects.

• Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and expertise.

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas matter.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with at least 10 years’ post-graduate experience.

• Proven track record in building structures (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).

• A proactive, curious professional who thrives on problem-solving.

• Strong communicator, able to explain complex solutions in plain English.

• A team player with ambition to grow personally, professionally, and financially.

Location & Application
