With a collaborative approach at its core, you’ll be working closely with architects, developers and fellow engineers on a range of high-quality projects across the UK.

The Role
As a Structural Project Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of structural design packages from concept through to construction
- Manage your own projects, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, architects and other consultants throughout all design stages
- Carry out structural analysis and design using industry-standard software
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports and specifications
- Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians where needed
- Attend and contribute to client and design team meetings
- Play a part in delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Has experience working within a UK consultancy environment
- Is working towards Chartered status (IStructE/ICE)
- Has a solid understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes
- Has experience managing projects or leading elements of design delivery
- Is confident communicating with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Enjoys working within a collaborative, design-focused environment
