Structural CAD/Revit Technician
Bristol or Trowbridge
Up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus

Are you currently part of a larger team, having to answer to a CAD Manager or BIM Manager? Are you a BIM Manager, but finding your hands are tied?

Here, you'll have ultimate responsibility for all 2D and 3D drawing/modelling output, giving you the autonomy to shape the delivery of designs as you see fit.

Clegg Associates have created the opportunity for you to take a lead CAD/Revit role in either their Bristol or Trowbridge office.

You'll have a background in building structures, having produced drawings in AutoCAD, as well as Revit for a number of years now. You'll regularly be working on BIM Level 2 projects, so your Revit skills are essential.
If you've worked closely with Structural Engineers in a consultancy environment perfect. However, I'd be happy to speak to you if you've spent time with a main contractor or fabricator.

You'll be working on projects from a range of sectors, including NHS Trust schemes, high-profile hotels and leisure facilities, as well as commercial developments. So, you'll have plenty of diversity in your workflow, with no two jobs and no two days the same.

Tired of being in the office and/or commuting every day? You'll benefit from hybrid working, with 2-3 days at home, the rest in the office. Or, you can choose a working model that suits you.

You'll work closely with their recently-promoted Associate Director and chartered Engineer, Martin.
