We are currently recruiting for a small but growing multi-disciplinary engineering practice that have a vacancy available in their Thames Ditton office for a Structural CAD Technician.

They are looking for candidates with an understanding of basic engineering practices, and a strong familiarity with AutoCAD. Although the majority of their work is with AutoCAD they have been working more with Revit and experience of this would be beneficial but is not essential as training will be given.

The successful candidate will be happy to work on mainly new build residential & residential extension projects ranging in size from small to large.

  • A proven understanding of basic Engineering practices,
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD,
  • A motivated individual with a positive approach to work,
  • Good communication skills, especially with colleagues,
  • Willing to be challenged and learn new skills.

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary & excellent benefits package along with exposure to a range of exciting projects. An added benefit of this role is that our client encourages an agile working approach with the opportunity for a mix of office and home working to suit individual needs.
