MAINSTREAM CENTRAL LONDON CONSULTANCY: Principal or Associate Façade Engineer

Mainstream Central London consultancy has a requirement for a Principal or Associate-level Façade Engineer to join the expanding facades team to work underneath the Director.

Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to BEng-level and have extensive façade engineering design and project-running experience gained in UK consultancy. They should also be capable of leading façade designs from concept stage to detailed design as well as being skilled in preparing specifications,  performance requirements, due-diligence reports, reviewing of Tender packages and supporting external consultants with materials, product systems, performance and compliance requirements.

Current workload is a mixture of new-build developments across the UK with project values up to £75million working occasionally on a multi-disciplinary basis with the structural engineering teams.
