One of the region’s leading contractors with a network of offices and range of services to offer their clients, are looking to strengthen their business by appointing an enthusiastic and dedicated Estimator. Specialising in providing maintenance and refurbishment services to Local Authorities and Social Housing Associations with vast numbers of housing stock across Devon & Cornwall.

Initially working on maintenance programmes across Devon, you will have responsibility for tendering and pricing projects including re-wiring, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments and roofing. You will be providing estimating services and support across the division as required for a range of social and affordable housing providers. You will be a team player, who is comfortable pricing from schedules of rates and work to tight deadlines.

Ideally, you will have a minimum HNC level or equivalent qualification in Construction, previous estimating experience within a related sector and looking to join a respected and expanding firm to establish a long term career.
