Structural/Civil Technical Director is required to take the helm of the structural division within this major multi-disciplinary property consultancy.This role could be based from London, Birmingham, East Grinstead, Basingstoke, Peterborough, Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield.Following several years of continued success and growth, this company are expanding nationwide. The projects the company take on are high profile and they work with public and private sector organisations to design, build, and optimise their property assets. You will be responsible for the quality of deliverables from the engineering team, managing source allocation, business development and the technical development of the team. You must have extensive experience in detailed design both in traditional and Design and Build procurement routes. You will be involved in the development of the team to deliver invaluable solutions to exciting and varied engineering projects.You must have a BEng/MEng in a related engineering field, ideally structural or Civil but candidates with an electrical or mechanical background will also be considered. You must also have Chartered status MICE or MIStructE but fellowship is preferred.
