The role will include key elements of infrastructure engineering so a CV that demonstrates experience in the following areas would be useful:
- Preparation of feasibility reports for planning applications including flood risk assessments and drainage strategy reports.
- Design of roads and drainage infrastructure using industry standard software such as AutoCAD, WINDES, PDS and Key Terrafirma.
- Preparation of construction level drawings and specifications.
- Experience in negotiating Section 278 / 38 highway agreements and Section 106 / 104 / 185 drainage agreements.
Liaison with clients will be required as part of the role and Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
