URETEK, the world’s leading contractor in geopolymer technology for ground engineering, has appointed Alex Finch as Commercial Director of its UK Operations, to help develop the company’s potential in the residential sector, including insurance.
Alex joins URETEK from the loss adjusting sector, previously working with both Cunningham Lindsey, and Crawford & Company, two of the world’s largest publicly listed independent providers of claims management solutions to insurance companies. During his time with these companies Alex held many directorial positions spanning both technical and operational throughout his 20-years of tenure.
Speaking about his new role, Alex said: “URETEK is a company with great potential, with an enormous number of opportunities in the residential, civils, infrastructure and insurance sectors. The challenge for me is to widen the understanding of URETEK’s solutions to maximise the benefits for both customers and clients, existing and new.”
With over 25-years of experience working in the areas of complex domestic and commercial property damage, including subsidence, flood and all other insured perils, Alex’s specialist skills will be put to good use within URETEK, as it seeks to extend further its reach into the residential and consequently insurance sectors.
