Associate Structural Engineer
Harrogate, North Yorkshire
£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits package

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Structural engineer, to join an Engineering consultancy in their office in Harrogate.

While upholding its values to its employees and clients, the company delivers expertise and passion within every project and industry it services.

This is a new role within an existing engineering group, with a particular focus on the civil & structural team. The role will include supporting the Director and Associate Director in resource management and quality control as well as taking a leading role on key projects. This will require someone with a broad market interest and the ability to support the team to deliver quality, robust deliverables on time and within budget.

  • Leading role of the resource management of the civil & structural team
  • Member of the advice group operations team
  • Manage projects with a market focus for the client
  • Take a lead in checking and/or ensuring checking is carried out prior to issue of deliverables
  • Take a lead in ensuring that design reviews are held for projects
  • Lead bids and proposals
  • Provide support in broadening client network
